Thank you for your question on the vacuum cleaner repair. First remove the pull off selector knobs on the top of the nozzle assembly. Then lower the handle and flip the vacuum over and remove the screws from the underside that holds the bottom plate covering the roller brush and extends back on both sides. Then remove the screws that secure the top cover onto the vacuum nozzle base. Once you have that removed you can have access to the drive system. I hope this information will help.
