You should have a bios folder in your mess folder. In that folder should be a zipped Atari5200 bios file.

The zip should be called a5200.zip and the bios rom inside it should be called 5200.rom You should create a new folder in your main mess folder and call it 5200 or whatever and drop any game roms in there.
